They do – again!

Almost four years after their surprise wedding in the Bahamas, Nick Cannon got down on one knee before Mariah Carey in a reported vow renewal ceremony Friday night in Paris.

With the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop, Carey is seen in photos beaming in a stunning white mermaid dress with spaghetti straps and a black bow at the waist as Cannon, in a white suit and black tie, locks his eyes with hers.

The couple have much to celebrate beyond their four-year anniversary, which falls on Monday. Along with enjoying nearly 1-year-old twins, Cannon appears to be on the mend from frightening health problems, including kidney disease.

After leaving the hospital in January, Cannon called Carey his "hero" and "the virtuous person who is my angel." Carey returned the compliment by telling him he was her "incredible husband" who, despite his struggles, was still "all strong and healthy and big."

The couple arrived in France by private jet around 1 a.m. Friday. During the day, Carey was spotted shopping at Baby Dior – the couple's twins turn 1 on Monday – and at the Louis Vuitton flagship store on the Champs-Elysees.

Friday night, after they posed for their wedding renewal photos, the couple were spotted dining Le Jules Verne restaurant on the Eiffel Tower.

Mariah Carey: How I Got My Body Back After Baby

Showing off her tight midriff, Mariah Carey reveals that getting back into shape after giving birth to twins has meant more than going to the gym.

"I realize that 90 percent of losing weight is my diet," Carey, 43, who promotes the Jenny Craig plan, says in the May issue of Shape magazine.

"Today my workout routine is more about getting and staying toned," she says. "And for me, that means either taking hour-long walks a few times a week or jumping in the pool three or four days a week to do 45 minutes of aquatic exercises."

As for her husband Nick Cannon's health scare – he was hospitalized for a lupus-like autoimmune disease and kidney failure – Carey says, "It was really frightening, but he's feeling much stronger."

"He's taking better care of himself, eating a diet low in sodium and sugar, and getting more sleep," she says.

Nick Cannon: We’re Doing Something ‘Special’ For Twins’ Birthday

My, how time flies.

It seems like just yesterday that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were rejoicing over the arrival of #dembabies — and now, with twins Moroccan Scott and Monroe‘s first birthday just over a week away, the power couple is celebrating once again.
“It’s amazing. It goes by so fast.” Cannon, 31, told reporters at NBCUniversal‘s Press Day Wednesday at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena, Calif.
Cannon is staying mum on specific details surrounding the momentous occasion on April 30, but he does promise that the day will be one to remember.

“We’re going away,” he tells PEOPLE. “We’re taking a break. It’s going to be exciting. We’re doing something special and something unique.”
In only a year’s time, Cannon and Carey, 43, have already witnessed many milestones associated with their children. “They’re trying to walk and I’m nervous because they’re at that age when anything can happen,” the America’s Got Talent host explains.
“My son has this thing where he loves banging his head and crushing stuff. Something new is happening every day.”

And Cannon has something else to celebrate — having his health back! — following his January hospitalization and diagnosis of a Lupus-like autoimmune disease.
“I feel better than I’ve ever been. I’m in the best shape that I’ve ever been in,” he says. “Since this whole thing has happened, I haven’t had any salt, red meat, fast food. [I've only had] chicken and fish. I feel so great. I’m juicing a lot.”
