Mariah Carey, diet and exercise to lose weight

Mariah Carey has always displayed her voluptuous curves, and has often been criticized for the extra pounds. It did not help her pregnancy, which ended April 30 with the joy of the birth of her twins Moroccan and Monroe. Since then, Mariah Carey is working hard to lose weight.

The birth of a child is often a time of joy for young mothers, which results quickly in the hard to lose extra pounds due to the pregnancy. This is what the diva is currently enduring, after struggling for several years with the extra pounds, even though she displayed a perfect line at the beginning of her musical career in the 90s.

In order to be on top for her return on the red carpet on September 21, to mark the launch of the new season of the X Factor show, she’s exercising and controls her diet to get her old shape back. She’s doing a lot of swimming and water aerobics to tone up.

A source close to the star said: “She works a minimum of two hours a day, seven days a week, and follows a Spartan regime, which excludes sugar, white flour and most meats. It makes her grumpy, but it leaves nothing to chance”.

Nick Cannon, her husband, has disclosed that the birth of their twins was “over the top”, with perfect lighting, her “Fantasy” 1995 live performance as a music background, and applause.

Nick was the production manager of the show, the D.J. and the cameraman. The “Fantasy” live performance from Madison Square Garden was played so the twins could come out on a round of applause.
